It took longer than expected in part because the book is longer itself than I expected. Super long! Amazon tells me it is available, however when I do a search for it the book is not yet produced by the Amazon search engine. This is a common thing with a book showing up in some markets and not others for a day or two or even three. It will sometimes show up in Kindle searches but not overall searches until after a couple of days and, usually last of all, it will get added to the series page. Right now it still shows only 5 books in the series and does not show the 6th. Once I can reach the book I’ll send out the newsletter and post it on this site as well. Sorry for the wait!
