My apologies as I just learned I accidentally neglected to click that I wanted the book available via Kindle Unlimited to those who use that feature. I have fixed that and it is now available on Kindle Unlimited. Sorry for any inconvenience. After a number of months available on Kindle Unlimited, I do take it off the program so I can publish the book on other sites. Amazon has a rule that to participate in Kindle Unlimited your book can only be sold with them. So, basically, I split the difference, and have it on Kindle Unlimited for at least three months before taking it off. In case anyone was curious or saw no reason to my rhyme, so to speak.
